The Moon Festival, also known as the Mid-Autumn festival, is one of the most important events in the Chinese calendar, celebrating the harvest of the year.
The festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in Lunar calendar, this year, on Friday, 13th of September.
There is a Chinese saying about the Moon Festival that means when the moon is at its fullest, people come together.
Warwick Institute of Australia wishes a Happy Moon Festival to all our students!
