– Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent in Real Estate

Upgrade to Class 2 Licence – $1300

This option is available for students who hold a Statement of Attainment from WIA or any other Registered Training Organisation for the five (5) units: CPPREP4001, CPPREP4002,  CPPREP4003 , CPPREP4004 , CPPREP4005 .

Class 2 Licence – $1800

– CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice 

• I’m just getting started but I want to be ready to eventually become fully licensed & I want my assistant agent CPD sorted.

If you’ve always wanted to be your own boss and practise as an independent contractor, or open your own real estate business, you will likely need a Licence Upgrade Course.
