There’s plenty of different career paths you can take in real estate. This qualification contains the units of competency required to enable you to apply for a real estate certificate of registration through the Office of Fair Trading to work as a salesperson, property manager or in corporate support.

This course also contains units of competency beyond the Registration course which will see you strengthen your knowledge in the Queensland real estate industry.

Within 3 months or less on average. The course is designed to be completed within 12 months, but students with prior industry experience or knowledge can complete the course earlier.
